Yesterday, my sis in law underwent an operation to remove her ovarian cyst which she had been suffering for a along time.she is a childless widow who has nobody to look after so abah n ummi are in charge.she was wheeled into the operation theater alone as i was syill working n abah could not enter womens ward.we only got to see her at 6pm,a few hours after that.
Pity her, she cried after the drugs wore off.well everyone would.i spent the nite monitoring her,kesian nak tinggai.she complained of back stiffness,due to tiredness n the pain.at 2am i asked the nurse to give her the painkiller,which helped both of us to be able to sail the wee hours through until 5am.
At 6, i went for subuh prayer n she was given a very good attention by the nurses.the doctors,expert n old,young n novice came to cheer her up.THey showed the picture of the cydt.mak datuk besornya.no eonder she was in constant pain. The doctors were all very accomodating,joking among themselves.well,i could pick up some of the funny stuff. I guess that is how they try to reduce the tension.i was imagining Along to be one of them,hehe.kak Ani had a slight fever,but her bp kept dropping from the shocking 180 to 140.her morning started eith some spoonsfull of bread n plain water,luckilly she took them very well as some might vomit.
