For the past 2 weeks we are somehow crazy spending every evening visiting one housing development area to another. The idea of owning a new house triggered by the discomfort experienced by my 8 children who have to share rooms when all of them come back for long holiday. So we agree to do some house hunting and this one at Taman Gemilang looks promising ( provided we get the corner lot one)....but the price......a whooping 300k to 400k....
hehe....Alin and Ayish innocently thought that we would buy this one so they had fun in front of this show house. The compound looks spacious but the house.....way way smaller than our present....tak sampai gak hajat nak dapat at least 5 bedrooms.....
Bye-bye ...................we might not take this, Alin....
Then, off we went to Taman Tengku Sarina.....and drove up further to the back side of this residential area, and spotted the newly built bungalow and semi detached house, situated by the hillside......quite nice.....very serene, very rich.......tu yg takut tu.....
Looked promising but again, the house is actually small, even though the compound is quite big....again the purpose of our quest is not met..........besides.....the price is not that cheap. However, i dont mind getting one if the specifications are up to our requirements....chewah......we will sell our two houses....but wait..............
Then, we returned home and took a look at our present house, the one occupied for almost 15 years...a semi de bought at RM99,000 ....this is where our life unfolds.........our children grow up.....our memories carved.
With the new ( not so new la...about 3 years) coat of paint, the house looks ok.........free from flood, has a
quite quiet and nice neighbourhood, near to school, highway, supermarket etc......
From whichever angle, this house is still ok......just ignore the hidup segan mati tak mau plants.........
From this side too, masih ok kan..........................so, i am having many second thoughts of leaving this house...there are so many memories here.... a lot more of children's scribbling found on the walls and the plants are still loyally blooming........so with the extra land that we have, we might consider renovating this house and add a few more rooms and enlarge the kitchen for my big family to gather and enjoy the meals, insyaallah.....................................
