syukur after 4 days attending a course organized by english unit, today we wrapped up everything nicely n successfully.even though umi is considered a senior lecturer, umi knows and is well aware that learning is a lifelong process, never ends till u bid goodbye to this world.
umi was happy n excited attending all the 10 slots as each was presented in interactive style, making learning fun.actually there are a lot that umi does not know so every chance of asking question was fully grabbed.
the slots covered from syllabus spec to muet 4 skills,to fun with grammar. to effective and affective learning n public speakng skills. very informative n useful to lecturers.
the last slot ended with the final meeting chaired by ex head of unit. mr ashri who gave a commendable service and now norzahana will take over the helm.being a head of unit is no easy matter. it comes with a very heavy package n this package must be held confidently to avoid any slips or wrongdoing. indeed.it is eady to handle paperwork.but. when it comes to lead people, its totally a different matter.umi prays that nana will be patient n passionate in leading us in this chaotic yet friendly unit.
