Syukur finally umi managed to persuade abah to take our family to this favourite fishing place. Pendang Lake Resort welcomed us at about 4pm. Deluxe room for rm116. Hobby started after Asar...bait? well Gardenia and shrimp.....
Ayish was suddenly a popular small guy among these girls from UITM Perlis who came for a course. This place is never short of visitors. they also tried their luck but got none.....
At night, we had dinner at this Medan Selera Pendang, an eatery abuzz with customers and mosquitoes...

| Alin caught a big fish (ikan kayu) after playing with her bait for some time. I could not really concentrate fishing as i was busy putting the bait for both of them. now dont you admire this serene shot of the lake during dusk? This is another reason why i like this place. the scenery never fails to capture my attention. it's just awesome...see the rope jutting from the tree...a very meaningful focal point, right? |
We left the lake at noon on Saturday and stopped at Souq AlBukhori to offer our support to eman ( 2nd from left) who took part in nasyid anjuran Ubat Gigi Mukmin. their performance was really capturing harmoniously. Even the judge A.Ali also praised them.....but finally, Sek Men Sultanah Bahiyah won this competition, leaving this group to the second place. Congratulations.
After 6 hours being here, umi just had no desire to do any shopping, the waiting was tiring enough but for Eman, we will do anything to support his interest in this activity. At 6.30, we finally arrived home. What a weekend......wait till next week, i believe we have something more interesting to share........salam.
