Today commemorates umi's and abah's 26th anniversary, a very long period of vows and promises done at De Maisonneve Boulavard, Montreal, witnessed by an imam from Mosque of St Laurence and our coursemates.
Never did we expect that this bond of trust continues to be a very sacred relationship, surrounded by 8 darlings, all were born out of everlasting love...che wah feeling pulak umi ni.
But this is the truth, the real experience for both of us. we were so naive 26 years ago but we prevailed in this relationship, we withstood many trials and tribulations, we went against people's words, we sailed through our life together, having only trust and love, tears and smiles, quarrels and jokes, arguments and agreement....all along holding to a belief that we will make this happen.
Now, umi and abah can smile with relief that we are together and will always be together in this . we will make sure our children know how much we value them, how much we work hard to ensure their happiness and success in life. We could be mean or strict but that is well meant...only to make sure all of you enjoy a good life now and in the Hereafter.
